We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

Our interpretation of the famous candy bar has chopped almonds, coconut flakes, and chocolate ganache all layered into coconut custard.

Our goat cheese custard is reminiscent of rich cheesecake, except for that little extra tang at the back of your palate. For this flavor we layer in blackberry preserves for a little bit of fruity sweetness.
