We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

To replicate lemon poppyseed cake, we start with a vanilla cake batter custard and add lemon extract. We then layer poppyseeds in for the real deal.

Made-in-house hot cocoa cookie dough with little marshmallows layered into a milk chocolate malted cocoa custard. Very elusive indeed.
