We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

This fresh flavor starts with vanilla custard and has tart lemon extract added.

We are taking fresh from the farm Michigan Blueberries (thanks Madoli Farms in Crystal Lake) and blending them into our vanilla dairy free coconut cream base with a lavendar extract.
