We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

We are taking fresh from the farm Michigan Blueberries (thanks Madoli Farms in Crystal Lake) and blending them into our vanilla custard with a lavendar extract.

Fresh, black raspberry puree is mixed into our vanilla base for a smooth, creamy refreshing flavor.
