BLACK SABBATH CHEESECAKE

Part of our "ROCKTOBER" series, we created a black raspberry frommage custard and layered it with cheesecake pieces and chocolate cookie crumble as an homage to Black Sabbath

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

We bake our own flourless chocolate cake and layer large pieces of it into our chocolate custard, along with a fudgy swirl. Even if you aren't gluten free, you'll love this flavor!

DF ATTACK OF THE BLOB!

We make a version of the blobs with brown rice cereal layered into peanut butter flavored coconut cream base, with a peanut butter drizzle.

MEXICAN CHOCOLATE

A cinnamon chocolate custard with a pinch of cayenne pepper that kicks in at the back of your palate.

MINT CHIP

Our cool, dye free mint custard is layered with chocolate flakes for an extra crunch and richness.

BANANA NUT “BREAD”

We puree ripe bananas and all those spices your find in a classic banana bread into our vanilla custard and layer in chopped, salted pecans.

CAMPFIRE S’MORES

This campfire classic starts with chocolate custard and is layered with heaps of mini marshmallows, graham cracker, and a fudgy chocolate swirl.

DF SINGLE ORIGIN MINT CHIP

We use local single origin dark chocolate (food process into very small pieces) and layer into our mint essenitial oil dairy free. This is colored green with spirulina extracts from Green Mountain Flavor Company right here in IL.

ABOMINABLE COCOA

Made-in-house hot cocoa cookie dough with little marshmallows layered into a milk chocolate malted cocoa custard. Very elusive indeed.

BROWN BUTTER APRICOT

We start off by adding browned butter to our vanilla custard to give it a sweeter, richer flavor. Then we layer in apricot preserves for a hint of fruity sweetness.

MUD PIE IN THE SKY

Toro Espresso by Collectivo Coffee in Milwaukee, WI infused Custard with Caramel and Oreos layered in.

DF BLUEBERRY LAVENDER

We take our vanilla dairy free coconut cream base and blend it with a lavender extract, and layer in blueberry pie filling.

MONSTER MASH

Chocolate custard and peanut butter custard swirled together and layered with chunks of homemade oatmeal m&m cookie dough, chocolate cookie crumble, and a peanut butter drizzle.

CHERRY GOAT CHEESE

We layer our cherry topping into a goat cheese infused custard base. Tangy, sharp, refreshing, a true customer favorite.

DOUBLE DRIBBLE

Chocolate ganache and caramel are both drizzled between layers of chocolate and vanilla custard, for a swirl flavor that goes well with just about everything.
