We use single origin chocolate from one of our favorite local chocolate makers.
MINT CHIP
Our cool, dye free mint custard is layered with chocolate flakes for an extra crunch and richness.
BLUEBERRY LAVENDER
We are taking fresh from the farm Michigan Blueberries (thanks Madoli Farms in Crystal Lake) and blending them into our vanilla custard with a lavendar extract.
BIRTHDAY CAKE!
This fun flavor is for kids of all ages. We start by mixing in vanilla cake batter with our vanilla custard and layer in heaps of rainbow sprinkles. We use a special natural coloring made from turmeric to give the yellow color from Green Mountain Flavor Company.
DF SPICED CINNAMON
Our dairy free "custard" blended with ground cinnamon to create a spiced cinnamon flavor (NOT like red hots!)
EARL GREY BLACKBERRY
Rishi Tea Company organic black tea and essential oil of bergamot leaves are steeped directly into our vanilla custard to create a flavor that tastes just like an Earl Grey tea latte. Fresh blackberry preserves are swirled in for an extra touch of sweetness.

This combination of chocolate custard, dark chocolate ganache, and crunchy chocolate flakes is a chocolate loverÍs dream.

DF SINGLE ORIGIN MINT CHIP
We use local single origin dark chocolate (food process into very small pieces) and layer into our mint essenitial oil dairy free. This is colored green with spirulina extracts from Green Mountain Flavor Company right here in IL.
TURTLE
This take on the classic Turtle sundae starts with creamy vanilla custard and has pecan pieces layered with both a fudge and a caramel swirl.
DOUBLE DRIBBLE
Chocolate ganache and caramel are both drizzled between layers of chocolate and vanilla custard, for a swirl flavor that goes well with just about everything.
ATOMIC FROZEN LAZER
Green mint custard (naturally colored with turmeric and spirulina extracts) with big globs of chocolate cookie dough, chopped up Andes Candies, and a hardening chocolate swirl.
DF BLUEBERRY LAVENDER
We take our vanilla dairy free coconut cream base and blend it with a lavender extract, and layer in blueberry pie filling.

Chocolate custard blended with real avocados, which gives our custard a mousse like texture!

Toro Espresso by Collectivo Coffee in Milwaukee, WI infused Custard with Caramel and Oreos layered in.

BROWN BUTTER APRICOT
We start off by adding browned butter to our vanilla custard to give it a sweeter, richer flavor. Then we layer in apricot preserves for a hint of fruity sweetness.
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
We bake our own flourless chocolate cake and layer large pieces of it into our chocolate custard, along with a fudgy swirl. Even if you aren't gluten free, you'll love this flavor!
