We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

A mint custard layered with a house made chocolate cookie crumble and a chocolate fudge drizzle, is reminiscent of those thin chocolate mint cookies you know and love.
