Flavor Calendar

We make the same flavor base as we do our Butter Pecan flavor, but instead layer in chopped Heath Toffee pieces.

Our goat cheese custard is reminiscent of rich cheesecake, except for that little extra tang at the back of your palate. æWhen layered with our from scratch cranberry sauce, you have the perfect blend of sweet and tart.

We use local single origin dark chocolate (food process into very small pieces) and layer into our mint essenitial oil dairy free. This is colored green with spirulina extracts from Green Mountain Flavor Company right here in IL.
