Non-Profit Bulk Pricing Discount
We provide nonprofits with two discount options based on how the items will be used, either for fundraising sales or for staff and volunteer appreciation.
Freezer Rental Discounts
We can offer a rental discount for one of our holding freezers. You'll need to pickup and drop-off the freezers. Freezers cannot be turned on their side and must be transported upright.
Dine For Dollars
We have the ability to round-up at the shop for your organization. We can also setup a "Dine for Dollars" night where we provide a % of sales from your group.

Julie Ann’s Frozen Custard is located at 6500 Northwest Highway (Route 14) in Crystal Lake, Illinois, in the Crystal Lake Plaza near familiar spots like Country Donuts, across the street from Walgreens, and next to IHOP. We have over 50 parking spaces right out front, making visits easy and stress-free—and many guests choose to order curbside, especially during bad weather, for a quick and convenient pickup... we bring orders right out to your car.

Complete the non-profit bulk discount application to be issued your event-based auto-applied discount code. To prevent abuse, your code will good for one event, unless agreed upon in writing differently. You will have to contact us for a new discount code if follow-up events are scheduled.

Our Custard Truck and Delivery Trucks are typically not available for standalone rental. They are part of a full-service event experience that includes our product, equipment, and trained staff.

Because every event is different, we don’t list a flat “truck rental” price. Instead, we’ll recommend the best setup for your event and budget, whether that includes a truck, tent, or freezer-based service.

How far can you drive the Vintage Custard Truck? How do you get it to far-off places?
How far can you drive the Vintage Custard Truck? How do you get it to far-off places?
Our 1953 International Metro Custard Truck can drive short distances on its own, but for longer trips it is transported by trailer. Because of this, events outside of roughly 10 miles may require towing. Any towing costs are passed through at cost, typically around $400, with no markup.
It’s an old truck, but a very cool one, and we take great care to get it to your event safely.
