We take pride in the quality of our cakes and pies and want every order to meet our standards.
Because our products are made fresh and are perishable, we only accept returns or refunds for defective products.
What Qualifies as a Defective Product
A product may be considered defective if it is:

Incorrect (wrong item or flavor)

Damaged at the time of pickup

Missing key components
-
Not prepared according to the order placed
If something isn’t right, we want to know.
How to Report an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund:

Contact us within 24 hours of pickup

Provide your order number

Briefly describe the issue

Photos are appreciated but not required
Resolution Options
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement item

Store credit

A partial or full refund
Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
What Is Not Eligible
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Products that were picked up correctly and later damaged in transport

Storage issues after pickup

Change of mind or taste preferences

Missed pickup times without prior communication
Custom & Special Orders
Custom cakes, pies, and special-order items are non-refundable once preparation has begun, except in cases of confirmed defects.
Cancellations

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a refund

Orders canceled within 48 hours may receive store credit at our discretion
