Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

Apparel & Non-Food Merchandise

We want you to love your Julie Ann’s gear.

Apparel and non-food merchandise (such as shirts, hats, or accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.


Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once confirmed, we will gladly:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

Photos may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at Julie Ann’s Frozen Custard, subject to availability and any applicable terms at the time of redemption.


Sale & Final Sale Items

Merchandise marked as final sale or discounted is not eligible for return or exchange, unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Items Eligible for Shipping

At this time, only select non-perishable items are eligible for shipping, including:

  • Apparel and merchandise

  • Physical gift cards

All items eligible for shipping are clearly marked on our website.


Items Not Eligible for Shipping

We do not ship perishable or frozen items, including but not limited to:

  • Frozen custard bars

  • Cakes

  • Pies

  • Any made-to-order food items

These products are available for local pickup only at our store location.


Shipping Carrier & Method

All shippable items are sent via:

USPS Ground Advantage

  • Delivery timeline: 2–5 business days

  • Service description: An economical and reliable way to ship packages within the United States

We currently ship within the United States only.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery timelines begin after order processing is complete.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item type

  • Package weight

  • Destination


Local Pickup vs Shipping

If your cart contains both pickup-only items and shippable items, checkout options may vary. Pickup-only food items must be picked up in person and cannot be shipped.
