Ingredients: Nabisco Oreo Wafers (unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, soybean and/or canola oil, cocoa processed with alkali, high fructose corn syrup, leavening agents (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate, and artificial flavor (noting the presence of wheat and soy)). Every pie and cake starts with fresh frozen custard made in our specialty custard machine, featuring a long stainless steel barrel designed to create an extra-dense and creamy texture. Each dessert is then placed in our hard-working hardening cabinets, held at –30 degrees, to lock in every layer and deliver a remarkably fresh, smooth texture you won’t find anywhere else.

How do I transport my order so it stays frozen?
Getting your frozen custard home perfectly frozen depends on travel time and outside temperature. Follow the tips below to protect quality and food safety.
Quick Guide by Travel Time
For 0–15 minutes, your order is typically fine using a FREE double-lined paper bag for small items only (not cakes), as long as you head straight home and keep the bag closed.
For 15–45 minutes, we recommend our large red insulated bag (sold in-shop), especially for cakes, pies, and bulk items. For the best results, bring a cooler packed with wet ice or gel packs.
For 45+ minutes (or very hot days), a cooler with dry ice is strongly recommended to keep items deeply frozen for several hours.
Bag Options We Offer
We provide FREE double-lined paper bags for smaller items (these are not for cakes) and they’re designed for short trips.
We also sell large red insulated bags in-shop, which are best for cakes, pies, bulk items, and longer drives. They help slow melting, but they are not a freezer replacement.
Cooler Options for Longer Trips
A cooler with wet ice or gel packs keeps the temperature around 32°F, which is cold enough for a while but may not keep ice cream rock-hard frozen. Expect the best results within 45–60 minutes.
A cooler with dry ice is the best method for trips over 45 minutes or during hot weather. Use gloves, place dry ice at the bottom, set items on top, and do not seal the cooler airtight—keep your vehicle well ventilated.
Most Important Step: Freezer ASAP
No matter which method you use, move your items directly into a freezer as soon as you arrive. Time on counters, in a fridge, or in a warm car can reduce quality quickly. If items soften and refreeze, texture may become icy or grainy, and we can’t refund products affected by improper transport or refreezing.
